We are so excited to welcome you back to Bambou Salons & Spas! We know you’re ready to get back into the salon, and our team is anxious to see you. Making every effort to serve you safely, we have implemented extraordinary new procedures to protect your health and your stylist’s health while maintaining exceptional service. These efforts are in addition to our already high standards of cleanliness that exceed State Board of Cosmetology regulations.

New Health & Safety Measures

EVERY Team Member has been Trained and is Bambou Sanitization Certified

With the support of our team, we have created a new Bambou Sanitization Certification program. This program includes step-by-step procedures that must be followed by every Team Member before, during, and following each guest’s visit to ensure all areas and surfaces are sanitized.

EVERY Team Member is BARBICIDE Certified

BARBICIDE is the liquid that all instruments and tools are dipped in to sanitize between guests and is required by the State Board of Cosmetology. Every Team Member has now completed BARBICIDE Certification in preparation for reopening.

EVERY Team Member is Required to Wear a Mask

The CDC and health officials across the country recognize the importance of wearing masks to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 between individuals in close proximity. Due to the nature of hair and beauty services, our stylists working physically close to you and will be wearing a mask to protect you and their health.

EVERY Team Member will Sanitize Their Hands and Tools before You Sit in the Chair

As part of the Bambou Sanitization Certification, every Team Member will take extraordinary precautions before each visit to sanitize their hands and tools needed to provide you a safe and relaxing environment.

EVERY Guest will be Provided with a Freshly Laundered Cape and Towels

In addition to sanitizing all hard surfaces, chairs, and hands, we will also be washing our capes and towels in hot water after each use. After they are laundered, all capes and towels are stored safely in an enclosed cabinet in accordance with State Boards of Cosmetology regulations.

EVERY Shampoo Bowl and Processor is Sanitized between Uses

As part of the Bambou Sanitization Certification program, we will always return to the shampoo station to sanitize every bowl and chair after each use.

EVERY Station is Sanitized between Guests

As part of the Bambou Sanitization Certification program, we will be completing sanitizing all chairs and surfaces in each station after each guest.
